Now leading an amazing, energetic team who inspires me daily, together we democratize the best of beauty across our diverse portfolio of brands and product categories throughout North America, activating game-changing consumer initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic organization. I combine strategic and operational expertise and am devoted to inspiring multi-cultural teams. Connecting with people and creating human connections across L’Oréal and our fascinating beauty industry energizes me - it's about gaining insights and unleashing human magic. It's the joy of mentoring, coaching, and growing high-performing teams. Besides being a beauty enthusiast, I'm committed to elevating women in the workplace and empowering the next generation. Whether it's sharing career advice with college and MBA students or connecting with our DE&I affinity groups. I'm also a strong advocate for pay equity, gender equity, and investing in women in STEM because we're all worth it. As a board member for DermTech, a public American biotech company, I work with the board and the leadership to transform lives through the genomic revolution in skin health. Personally, I'm a French native and world citizen. I’m also a proud wife and working mom who is devoted to family and committed to career. It's my mission to set an example for my daughter that women can break through any barriers to pursue their dreams and succeed! I'm a lifelong learner and explorer who loves to travel. When I’m not traveling around the globe, I like to discover every corner of New York that I’ve been calling my home since 2018. I graduated from the HEC School of Management in Paris (#1 European business school according to the Financial Times), have an MBA in Business Strategy from the London Business School (#2 best European MBA program according to the Financial Times) and have completed several INSEAD executive leadership programs.
