Preclinical Development Pharmacokinetics and Metabolism Laboratory: Organisation and realisation of discovery and development studies in rats and mice, PK data analysis, report redaction, communicate scientific results to DMPK project leaders, upload data into databases. Provide training and support to colleagues. May to December 2019, During pregnancy, assignments outside of the lab: For Preformulation and Preclinical Galenics department, Physchem Lab support: Standard Solubility and Log D -> protocols, data analysis, results upload into database, communication of the results to the chemists. Creation of Standard Solubility Screening Manual. For DMPK, PK Lab support: PK statistical analysis, reporting, communication of the results to the project Rep and upload of the results into database, Narcotic usage database Standard Protocols creation or updates, Phoenix template creation and updates
