Strategic Business Partner to Tech & Product Executive Management across 7 countries (BE, DE, PL, UK, IE, ZA, USA), leading an international team of 8 controllers. 🔹 Financial Strategy: Partnered with C-levels to drive financial insights, variance analysis, and data-driven decisions for the Tech & Product business units. 🔹 Cost Efficiency: Managed complex cost structures, focusing on R&D capitalization (IAS 38) and significant Cloud cost management and optimization (multi-million euro scope). 🔹 Systems & Tools: Led the design and full EMEA deployment of an integrated planning tool (Anaplan), streamlining budget, forecasting, and reporting (Cognos-TM1).
