With 35 years of experience, I specialize in trigger point, neuromuscular and myofascial therapies. Although my business name is inspired by the spirit of athleticism, I cater to all populations. Our bodies are designed to be athletic. It is just individual choice, or sometimes unchosen circumstances, that decide where on the scale of athleticism we fall. I see people who have suffered brain injuries, beginner, elite, and professional athletes, professional musicians, children, students, adults, business people, teachers, dentists, pilots, etc. I do see quite a number of triathletes, as I am a 5-time Ironman finisher, including qualifying for Ironman Hawaii World Championship. Whether a person seeks out general full-body maintenance, or the treatment of specific issues or injuries, people can benefit greatly from my years of experience and education.
I enthusiastically provide an energetic, often intense, fun indoor cycling experience, using my decades of experience in cycling and triathlon.
I provided my indoor cyclists with motivation through music, positive energy, and through my former experience as an Ironman triathlete.
