About

I am a Chief Legal Officer with extensive experience operating at the intersection of business, content and international environments. I currently lead the legal function of Studio TF1, overseeing France and a network of international subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions and business models. My role focuses on building coherence and alignment within complex, decentralised organisations — bringing together teams that have historically operated with a high degree of autonomy into a more integrated and collaborative group structure. I work closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making, structure key partnerships, and ensure that legal enables development rather than constrains it. My areas of focus include: - international coordination and governance - implementation of pragmatic compliance frameworks - development of high-performing legal teams and leadership layers I believe legal teams create the most value when they are trusted partners to the business — combining clarity, sound judgment and a strong understanding of operational realities, particularly in fast-evolving and creative industries.
