📌 Legal Structuring & Strategy: - Set up the Business and Legal Affairs division within the Legal Department. - Led the contractual strategy around the OCOG’s revenue streams (partnerships, licensing, ticketing, hospitality, broadcasting), totalling €4.4 billion. - Supported the ticketing and hospitality strategy (12.1 million tickets sold). - Worked with the DGCCRF (French consumer, competition and fraud control authority) on strategies related to consumer products and ticketing, including cross-training initiatives. 📄 Contract Drafting & Negotiation: - Drafted over 20 contract templates in French and English, in collaboration with the International Olympic Committee (IOC). - Oversaw the drafting and negotiation of 200+ complex contracts (85 partnerships, 86 licenses, broadcasting rights, hospitality, supply agreements, etc.). - Led the drafting of General Terms and Conditions for ticketing. - Negotiated framework agreements with Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS). - Formalized Paralympic broadcasting rights with the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). 👥 Team Management & Cross-Departmental Coordination: - Recruited and managed a team of 10 lawyers. - Closely coordinated with the Partnerships, Ticketing, Hospitality, Licensing and operational departments. 🔒 Anti-Fraud & IP Protection: - Led anti-fraud and measures (200 cease and desist letters, judicial blocking of 27 domain names). - Collaborated with the French National police, COMCyberGEND (French State Cyberpolice), and EUROPOL in combating fraud related to ticketing and hospitality.
