About

As a senior technology leader with 15 years of progressive experience — from engineering through senior leadership — I specialize in building scalable, secure, and customer-focused infrastructure platforms across cloud, network, edge, compute, and storage domains. Currently leading Cloud Network Engineering at Ford Motor Company, I drive the modernization and transformation of global network and connectivity services that support Ford’s digital and manufacturing ecosystems. Previously, I led Infrastructure & Network Engineering at Chewy, where I built a “people-first” leadership model that empowered engineering teams, eliminated technical debt, and delivered over $3M in annual savings through modernization and automation. Across my career at Chewy, Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), and TBC Corp, my focus has remained consistent: deliver business outcomes through resilient technology and empowered teams. I’ve led hybrid and public-cloud adoption initiatives, re-architected global networks, and introduced operational frameworks that improved uptime to 99.99%+ and accelerated time-to-delivery across mission-critical services. I believe great technology leadership starts with people — cultivating trust, transparency, and psychological safety to fuel innovation. My teams thrive on curiosity, accountability, and a shared obsession with customer experience. Core Strengths: Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy | Organizational Transformation | Executive Leadership | M&A Integration | Customer Experience | Change Management | High-Performance Culture Always open to connecting with technology leaders and forward-thinking organizations focused on scaling global infrastructure and empowering teams to build what’s next.

The secret sauce of Chewy is focusing on customer experience and that was felt all the way through to our core infrastructure teams to build platforms for others to support our internal Chewtopians and customers. Leading a team of engineers, architects, and engineering leaders we focused on network connectivity in our office, fulfillment center, contact center, data center, and public cloud (AWS) environments as well as the underlying virtualization, compute, and storage infrastructure across all on-premise locations. The focus of these teams accomplished multiple items with a few highlights below: - Consolidate data center footprint to save $550,000 annually in operational cost - Launch SDWAN across multiple environments to enhance an already stable network (99.99999% uptime over 3 years) to reduce operational circuit costs and improve application performance - Launched Chewy Private Cloud to enable self-service for our developers and application teams that leverage on-premise and edge infrastructure - Designed and defined scalable OT network solutions to support an exploding automation initiative with multiple projects at our fulfillment centers - Deprecated stale 3rd party cloud networking solutions to save $400,000 annually in AWS operational costs In addition to technical delivery I was also able to facilitate a large scale off-site training for all Cloud Engineering and Information Technology Leadership to focus on trust and autonomy as key principles for success in our engineering and operations group. This was focused on principles found in The Speed of Trust to reflect internal leadership trainings and move from theoretical leadership ideas and put them into practice.
