About

As the Director of FBAT + Golf Footwear Design at Jordan, I lead a dynamic team dedicated to crafting innovative, culturally resonant products. My leadership philosophy centers on fostering a collaborative environment where diverse perspectives thrive, empowering each team member to contribute their unique strengths. I am committed to building a strong team culture by promoting open communication, mutual respect, and continuous learning. By aligning our design vision with the core values of the Jordan brand, we create products that not only meet market needs but also inspire and connect with our audience on a deeper level. Cross-functional collaboration is at the heart of our process. I work in lock step with leaders in product management, merchandising, development, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our design solutions are not only innovative but also feasible and aligned with business objectives. This holistic approach enables us to deliver products that resonate with consumers and drive brand success.
