Since the very beginning of my career, I have stepped into market disruption and helped organizations find their footing. My first job was at Ancestry.com, in 1999, helping figure out how to build a real business on the internet before anyone really knew how. That pattern — navigating change that most organizations are slow to see coming — has defined every chapter since. • I repositioned a call accounting software company into the SaaS-delivered telecom expense management space before "SaaS" was common vocabulary. • I led Aveeno into digital marketing and social media when CPG brands were still debating whether to take it seriously. • I built a repeatable innovation model at Sanofi that turned Gold Bond from a legacy skin care brand into a double-digit growth engine. • I led a global commercial transformation across 48 markets — shifting from TV-first to integrated, from brick-and-mortar to ecommerce, from slow governance to agile. • Then I rebuilt a Canadian business unit reeling from a product recall, a workforce reset, and the pandemic — and put it back on a growth trajectory through stricter portfolio management and business model innovation with influencer marketing and ecommerce. What's in front of us now—media fragmentation, social commerce, AI-driven consumer discovery—is the most consequential shift I've seen since the beginning of my career.
