Managed multiple interior upfit projects from conceptual design to fruition, including a number of projects that received regional design awards. Assisted in the completion of projects that were adaptive reuse as well as new building construction. Responsibilities in studio include space planning, client relations, branding concepts, contract documents, specifications, shop drawing and submittals review, and Studio team Revit captain. Completed all NCARB required IDP hours while working with LS3P.
Develop conceptual, preliminary, and working house plans from initial sketches generated through client discussions. Coordinate architectural drawings, engineering work, site grading and landscape plans for client needs, ARB submittals, and final working drawings.
Worked directly under head architect, assisting in all phases of work in VA hospital renovation projects.
