As GIS Manager at Baylor University Facilities Management, I manage the campus GIS platform and am building out geospatial and reality capture capabilities that put UAS, LiDAR, GNSS, and multispectral sensing to work for infrastructure documentation, building inspection, and utility mapping. - Managing Baylor FM's ArcGIS Online environment and governing the campus GIS platform — data architecture, layer standards, QA/QC, sharing, and integrations with enterprise systems including WebTMA asset management. - Migrated and manage 9M+ sq ft of campus floor plans into ArcGIS Indoors, enabling floor-aware indoor mapping across the full building portfolio and projected to deliver $165,500 in annual cost savings. - Standing up a geospatial and reality capture program for Baylor FM, including UAS operations, photogrammetry, GNSS survey, LiDAR, and multispectral sensing for roof inspections, utility documentation, and campus infrastructure stewardship. - Building and deploying web maps, dashboards, and field data collection workflows that support facilities operations, space planning, and decision-making. - Supervising student workers and coordinating external contractor support for data processing and field operations.
- Founded and expanded a family-owned apiary operation, building a sustainable beekeeping practice rooted in ecological stewardship and pollinator health. - Operated a professional hive and swarm removal service in Williamson County (2007–2011), specializing in the safe relocation of wild colonies to managed apiary settings. - Currently oversee the health and productivity of multiple honey bee colonies through routine inspections, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), and seasonal resource management. - Harvest, process, and market raw honey and beeswax-based products at local farmers markets and through private retail partnerships. - Provide humane swarm capture and hive relocation services, supporting local pollinator populations while mitigating risks in residential and commercial areas. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apiary science, native forage ecosystems, and pollination ecology through ongoing research and field observation.

Night Shift 1st Processing Supervisor – Enterprise, AL March 2020 – August 2021 - Oversaw live hang, evisceration, giblet harvesting, and reprocessing operations, maintaining throughput and minimizing product loss. - Adjusted equipment settings and processes to improve efficiency and yield. - Submitted root cause analyses (5-Why) for incident investigations and led daily KPI reporting. - Authored on-boarding manual to improve training consistency and workforce retention. Night Shift 2nd Processing Superintendent – Enterprise, AL June 2019 – March 2020 - Managed six departments and 90–118 team members to process 125,000 birds nightly. - Created run schedules, coordinated cross-functional teams, and ensured compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Acted as shift manager when needed; known for strong conflict resolution and frontline leadership. - Voluntarily stepped down to supervisor role to deepen knowledge in 1st processing.
