I graduated with an LL.B. (summa cum laude) from Singapore Management University (SMU). During my time at SMU, I was on the Dean's List across all semesters and won subject prizes such as the Joe Grimberg Top Advocate Prize for Top Oralist in International Moots 2 (joint winner). During my time in university, I was privileged to represent the school in moots such as the 2024 LAWASIA International Arbitration moot and the 2025 Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot, where I won Best Oralist awards in both. My team successfully defended the title in the 2025 Asia Pacific rounds of the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot. My interests lie in arbitration, mediation, and criminal law. Outside of law school, I also participated in a range of student activities like being the Dance Captain of SMU's premier salsa team.
I spent four weeks in Clifford Chance, and sat in two rotations; first in Derivatives, Structured Products and Regulations; and then in Investigations. I was involved in matters involving issues from Insurance-Linked Securities, to International Arbitration.
I interned in the Restructuring and Insolvency department at Allen and Gledhill, and also worked on a CLAS case on the issue of sentencing frameworks for drug trafficking offences.
Working under the team of Cavinder Bull, SC, I did key research for a variety of files, ranging from arbitration to CLAS cases.
