As a maintenance technician at Garlock Flexibles, you are expected to complete preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on food packaging machines. You are expected to bring mechanic aptitude and skills to be able to work on machines like: laminators, presses, slitters, and chillers; while being available to do any other work needed around the facility.
Core abilities include diagnosing and resolving complex issues with machinery and automated systems—such as cranes, conveyors, lifts, or robotic equipment. Solid understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical or mechanical control systems.
