Natasha is a seasoned hospitality entrepreneur with almost 20 years of experience in the industry. She is the Group Managing Director of EUROTEL Group and Founder of Eminence Hospitality, a Group of comanies that provide high-quality, end-to-end solutions for hotels and other hospitality businesses. With a background in marketing and business, Natasha has a strong vision and a passion for delivering excellence to her clients. She has led various teams and projects in her previous roles, from technical project management to sales and marketing and more recently serving as the Managing Director of one of the leading tech group of companies in the hospitality industry. She is skilled in employee training, customer satisfaction, and hospitality innovation. She is also a lecturer at the MSc in Tourism Management program at Alba Graduate Business School, where she shares her insights and expertise with the next generation of hospitality professionals.
