Hey there 👋 Nice to meet you. I'm a digital transformation leader specialising in service design. I am privileged to live and work predominantly on the lands of the Darkinjung, Gadigal and Kaurna people 🌀. My role is to advocate for people of all backgrounds and experiences in design decisions. I am proud to have been featured on the 2025 AFR Women in Leadership list for Professional Services as a digital, design and inclusion leader. 👥 I lead inclusive human centred design (or should we say humanity centred...) for Scyne Advisory and are the Head of our national Digital Service Design and Experience team, as well as a leader in our SA Transformation practice. I'm a doer and a thinker - overseeing teams in CX, UX, UI and Product. We use a blend of digital design, creative storytelling and strategy. Together we create connected, holistic customer experiences across online and offline solutions. Design thinking, lean and agile methods help shape our customer centred solutions using Salesforce, Microsoft, Service Now, AWS and custom development. I am a speaker and lecturer on experience design and designing with people who have vulnerability. I have worked with and lectured at Sydney University, University of Technology Sydney, Torrens University and Academy Xi. I have spoken at conferences such as South by South West (SXSW), UX Australia, UX Healthcare London, Signal Not Noise, Women in UX, as well as Designing for Everyone, Creative Customer Experience, Sydney Design Thinking and Enterprise UX meet ups. 📢 Ultimately my passion is to deliver meaningful customer experiences, and advocate for inclusive design. My passion is working with people who have lived experience and exploring how we can better support people who are systemically under represented to engage with products and services. My role is to work alongside them, educating on humanity centred design practices across digital products and physical spaces. Together we communicate their voice to the people in large organisations that can create real systems change.

Academy Xi teaches short, practical courses for people and companies wanting to upgrade their capabilities in design, innovation and digital transformation. I work with Xi as a part time instructor and facilitator, alongside guest lecturing at Sydney universities on Service Design, User Experience and Design Thinking.
Ran the national design consulting capability at PwC to design, build, optimise and scale meaningful services that solve important problems. • Managed a team of 25 designers across three design teams for Service Design, User Experience and User Interface Design, growing the team by 30% under my leadership • Managed the integration of our onshore teams with our offshore experience design capability • Delivered over 30+ successful projects from med to large scale spanning 3 to 12 months each • Responsible for developing signature go to market propositions and new business for customer experience, user research, UX UI and inclusive design • Created a customer journey product accelerator from the ground up
