- Facilitate and assist in the selection process - Screen and shortlist suitable candidates to hiring manager - Hosting of interviews - Crafting and posting of job listings onto different job portals
- Host new guests by guiding them to their table and providing them welcoming customer service - Handle payment transactions using the system - Take down guests' orders and key in into the system efficiently - Serving food and drinks to the customers - Check in with guests to check on their meal and experience - Other adhoc duties assigned by the manager
- Host new customers, swiftly plan tables for upcoming customers and guide them to their respective seats, providing efficient and welcoming customer service - Efficiently handle payment transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and ensuring the customers’ orders are quickly received - Replenish the bar and condiments area for easy access when preparing dishes and beverages
- Register patients before their vaccination slot to ensure swift flow for the whole vaccination process - Provide friendly and professional service to the patients to obtain medical information from them, which is important for the doctors and nurses to take note of before the vaccination - Ensure patients are fit to take the vaccination to allow efficient consultation for the doctors
- Assisting customers in their queries and requests to ensure their experience in our outlet is pleasant - Assist the customers in finding the availability of their products from the outlet and other outlets nearby - Assist the manager in closing and tidying the stock room so the products are easily accessible - Praised by a foreign customer and received her good feedback assisting her around the store and ensured she is satisfied with the service provided
