• Prepared and reviewed quarterly public financial statements and MD&A for multi-residential funds and global real estate investment funds with assets under management ranging from $200M to $500M, reporting directly to the CFO. • Reviewed and analyzed cash flows, budgets, monthly financial reports, and covenant compliance packages for private equity funds prepared by internal and external property accountants, assisting in investment performance analysis. • Formed a new development finance and operations division, creating new process workflows to track budgets and costs by project and coordinated monthly cash forecasts for senior management. • Derived private investment valuations for global security investment funds based on analysis of external manager performance reports and financial information, providing in-depth key considerations to the Valuation Committee for final fair market value decisions. • Prepared waterfall model for return on investments for senior management, providing different options within the defined prospectus requirements.
