Grade 1 Teacher
I’m currently teaching Grade 5 in a Long-Term Occasional position at Unionville Meadows PS with the York Region District School Board. In this role, I strive to create a supportive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where every student feels a sense of belonging. I use differentiated instruction, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and culturally responsive practices to meet the diverse needs of my learners. I’m passionate about fostering curiosity, confidence, and community in my classroom, and I’m committed to ongoing professional growth and collaboration.
