I currently work as the Field Marketing Manager for ANZ at Zscaler, the world's largest cloud security company. At Zscaler I manage the marketing plan and budget for the ANZ region, working closely with our sales and SDR teams locally, and our digital and PR team globally. In my role I focus on creating campaigns and events that drive outcomes based on business needs, including pipeline gaps, launches or awareness. I also collaborate with our channel and tech alliance partners, to deliver on joint campaigns, and deliver our annual user conference - Zenith Live. In this position I worked as the Marketing Manager at archTIS, a technology company that launched a content and collaboration platform for secure work between universities, government and industry. This role involved: - Working closely with the sales team to create multi-channel marketing campaigns, including across email, social media, advertising (both traditional and online), editorials, and SEO - Using Hubspot to carry out campaigns and provide automated lists and reports to the sales team identifying hot leads - Planning and managing all events and trade show attendance, including exceeding targets of 15 Marketing Qualified Leads at each event (between September and December 2019, planned and managed the attendance, booth design and presentations at 5 trade shows across Australia and abroad) - Producing marketing plans and other strategic documents including competitor analyses - Creating, using Adobe software, banners, flyers, annual reports and videos - Managing large projects, including currently managing a team to carry out a re-design of the archTIS website and product site
Whilst in this role I primarily worked on preparing the company to launch its flagship product, Kojensi. In my role at ClickView I handled the company's demand generation marketing campaigns. This role had a heavy focus on gathering data and analytics to deliver leads to the account managers. During my time at ClickView I: - Planned and carried out marketing campaigns to drive leads for the SaaS product - Worked with an in-house graphic designer and web developer to write and produce EDMs, web pages, flyers and other collateral - Wrote articles for the company's blog and published them on Wordpress - Worked closely to coordinate campaigns with the sales department, helping each account manager to exceed yearly targets - Created MCI and MQL reports, and reviewed individual campaign performance
The Global Society launched an off-shoot business known as [A] Global Society. I moved across to launch this business and take on [A] Global Society's first clients. [A] Global Society works with a marketing automation system, Ontraport, to provide international offices in universities with a system to manage and market overseas study to students. In this role I was involved in the build of each system as well as consultancy to universities. I also: - Mapped, using Gliffy, the entire system for two universities - Provided system training in Ontraport for staff at universities - Worked in a sales capacity to sell the system to universities - Provided ongoing support to universities to ensure their needs are being met and the system is used to its full capacity
AIM Overseas created a second company called The Global Society. I joined as the first employee of this start-up, working on the company from day 1. As the founding coordinator of The Global Society, I managed our partnerships with Australian universities and our marketing initiatives, as well as oversaw member activities and managed a small team. Bringing The Global Society from zero members and Australian University partners to over 5000 members and the majority of Australian universities signed up as partners I not only fundamentally shaped the business but created and sustained it through its first 2 years. At AIM Overseas I worked as a student coordinator, helping Australian students to study overseas on short programs of typically 3 weeks. In this role I worked closely with a senior student coordinator to handle applications, interview students, bring students through a comprehensive process and provide pre-departure and overseas support.
