About

I’m a recreation management professional with 20+ years of experience leading programs, teams, and facilities across private clubs, management companies, and higher education. My background spans programming, employee development, marketing, special events, and facility operations—always with a focus on creating meaningful experiences and building inclusive communities. I developed and lead the Well-Being Task Force at the University of Arizona, which evolved into the Well-Being Collective—a multi-dimensional systems approach designed to support the holistic well-being of the entire university community. This initiative fostered cross-campus collaboration, aligned institutional resources, and created sustainable strategies to promote mental, physical, and social health across students, faculty, and staff. I’m passionate about coaching and education, and I thrive on helping others find belonging and advocate for themselves. I’m known for spotting service delivery gaps and turning them into opportunities for innovation and growth. Whether aligning departmental goals with broader organizational strategy or championing initiatives that drive impact, I bring energy, empathy, and a commitment to excellence. Let’s connect if you’re passionate about building stronger teams, elevating service, or creating spaces where people feel seen and supported.
