Hello! I'm Natalie Nguyen, a motivated and creative double major in Marketing and Finance at the University of Texas at Arlington. I enjoy the connection of strategy and creativity to enable brands to grow and build relationships with their audiences that actually mean something. My experience ranges from managing marketing operations and member relations at the luxury golf experience M&P Group’s golf clubs to working as a Shift Lead at V’s House, leading high performance teams, where I developed a strong skill set in leadership, communication and customer service in a fast-paced environment. As Vice President Internal of alpha Kappa Delta Phi, I was able to strengthen my chapter’s sisterhood, produce major events, and have a strong part in acquiring our official Greek letters - the Alpha Kappa chapter. I thrive in environments where numbers come together with creativity: analyzing data to incorporate into marketing plans while creating visually satisfying campaigns that resonate! As both the Marketing Director and the Administrative Assistant for M&P Group, I am responsible for both the creative and operational aspects of the marketing for the ‘Shady Valley Country Club’.
