As Director of Ministry Advancement at IHS Global, I provide strategic leadership for the organization’s fundraising, communications, and donor engagement efforts—strengthening the systems and relationships that resource global ministry and advance our mission to equip believers as witnesses where they live, work, and play. In this role, I lead a growing Advancement & Communications team and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, churches, and strategic partners. I work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align vision, strategy, and storytelling—ensuring generosity is clearly connected to measurable spiritual impact worldwide. The Co-Director of Ministry Advancement provides shared leadership for the vision, strategy, and execution of all Advancement efforts that fuel the mission of IHS Global. Serving alongside the other Co-Director, this role helps guide the development, communications, and donor engagement functions that support the ministry’s global witness-equipping work.
The Assistant Director of Ministry Advancement supports and strengthens the mission of IHS Global by helping lead the strategy, systems, and relationships that fuel organizational growth. This role works closely with the Director of Ministry Advancement to coordinate fundraising efforts, donor engagement, communications, and strategic initiatives that advance the ministry’s global impact.
Lead day-to-day operations and growth strategy for a direct-to-consumer, influencer-led brand. Oversee e-commerce (Shopify), product launches, packaging, inventory, and fulfillment, while coordinating influencer partnerships, vendors, and creative execution. Focused on building scalable systems, strong brand presence, and an excellent customer experience.
As a soccer coach, I bring a combination of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and effective communication to the game. I have a deep understanding of soccer, including tactics, formations, and player development, which allows me to guide my team strategically. My strong leadership and motivational abilities help inspire and support players, while clear communication ensures they receive precise instructions and constructive feedback. I am also highly organized, planning training sessions, managing game strategies, and fostering teamwork.
