Raffles Connect (Care) is an all-in-one mobile app, focused on making healthcare services and wellness solutions patient-centered, seamless, and accessible anywhere. Responsible for: - Identifying strategic B2B and B2B2C partners that will bring synergies and help reach Care's short and long term targets. - Growing Careโs partner & merchant network by identifying, sourcing, and enrolling new partners into Care's partner program. - End-to-end partner (Insurance, Brokers, Healthcare) ownership including lead generation, negotiation, onboarding, integration, contract renewal and follow up. - Develop business and sales strategies based on user behaviour, market trends, competitive landscape and critical product-market fit - Performance tracking and reporting of partner performance, ensuring commercial viability, maintaining business pipelines, GMV targets, Active User targets, and campaign ROIs. - Works closely with Product and User Engagement team at incubation level to ideate innovative ways to achieve business growth - Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, Risk & Compliance, and Senior Management to align on Care's internal goals

Responsibilities: - Executing and building defined and successful partnership channels, resulting in new revenue sources amounting to more than 1 million for one of Singapore's highest growing DTC e-commerce brands. - Solidifying the new Partnerships Business Unit for Marvable across SG, AU and US, planning long-term strategy for the unit, and reporting on effectiveness of partnerships. - Maintaining over 100 partner relationships, spanning partners from Financial Institutions (Citibank, HSBC, SingSaver, MoneySmart etc.), Tech Partners (Grab, KrisShop etc.), and Media Partners (Future, KOLs, Influencers etc.), to maximize value for the business. - Overseeing structuring and negotiation of partnership agreements, including sales. - Outreach for new potential partnerships within various industries in relevant markets. - Align across all Business Units in Marvable to understand their partnership needs and to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
