Natalie is a Senior Ecologist and Certified Ecological Restoration Practitioner (CERP) with over a decade of experience in ecology, ecological restoration, and natural asset management. She leads environmental impact studies and subwatershed studies with a focus on supporting sustainable land use decisions. She is skilled in restoration design and ecological performance monitoring. She also specializes in natural asset management, including inventories, condition and risk assessments, valuation, and lifecycle management. Natalie advances evidence-based, nature-positive solutions that balance ecological integrity with community well-being and climate resilience.

Developed an urban forestry management plan and implemented an Ash tree inventory to assess the threat of the Emerald Ash Borer in urban settings. This work experience was affiliated with the Ecosystem Restoration program at Niagara College.
