I gained hands-on experience in risk management and safety during my 6-month placement here. I worked on diverse projects, including the development of a centralised database for Fire and Gas mapping archives, conducting consequence modelling using PHAST, and participating in Process Hazard Analysis workshops. These experiences enhanced my technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding safety within the oil and gas industry.
