As a sales associate my duties included: custom design projects for clients, sales of high-end fashion jewelry, luxury timepiece sales, appraising, building client rapport, repairs and continuing education. I achieved 1.1 million in sales in my first year without a client list.
As a client relations specialist my duties included: aiding customers in day-to-day banking operations, advising clients in financial decisions and investments, writing loans under fifty thousand euros, subscribing clients to home or auto insurance. Our branch was consistently ranked highest in the region for sales goals. Very sales driven, warm-calling clients almost daily.
Boghossian is an exclusive, ultra high-end Swiss jewelry house. As a paid intern, my office duties varied daily. I was acting as an administrative assistant to Ralph Boghossian. I managed the diamond stock program, managed diamond orders via Rapnet, participated in the Brussels Antiques and Fine Arts Expo (BRAFA), answered phones, and also over saw some accounting.
Maison Villanueva is an artisanal goldsmith manufacture. Here I learned how repairs were made, how custom designs were created via lost wax carving and casting, and jewelry finishing. I learned to perform simple repairs and jewelry polishing and finishing. This experience was invaluable in terms of learning the mechanics behind jewelry manufacture and repair.
