Why work with me❓Most people don’t need another coach or mentor. Most of my clients already have that. What’s missing is trust in their own voice. I don’t tell you what to release. I create a space of honesty and presence where you let go of what you’ve already outgrown: old roles, conditioning and ways of working that drain you. Nothing is forced, timing matters. From there, alignment moves from mind to body. Through simple somatic practices and real decisions, people begin acting from truth. Energy returns, pressure softens. Only then do we look at business. Not to "optimize harder", but to realign how you decide, work, and lead. When structure matches your rhythm, things move with more clarity and less force. We’ve written two books by now: One about personal branding on LinkedIn, one about the art of being shamelessly authentic. I decided to publish my first book (as a paperback and Kindle ebook) in German. Within less than 24 hours, my team and I made it to No. 1 in E-Commerce books No. 1 in Marketing in general books No. 2 in Online Marketing books After this big success and only two months later, the English version followed. In December 2020, we were called "22 Best New LinkedIn eBooks To Read In 2021" by BookAuthority. Three years (and a sabbatical later), the second book followed. My first sabbatical. Yes, I quit a "safe" job and said no to a "stable" career at this point of my life. Why? Because I was unhappy, continuously tired, felt empty and was sick twice per month. Read the whole story in my below article. Accountability: Worked as a freelance social media consultant/writer if needed, modeled every now and then but primarily focused on finding (although I've learned along the way that it's more about DESIGNING not finding) my true self, decluttering my life, finishing my PhD thesis and reading up to five books per week. Achievements: Got rid of past related fears, insecurities and traumas, changed my habits, language, diet and the people I spend time with, started a blog, committed to design a life of purpose and a lifestyle and career that leaves a legacy.
Accountability: Restructuring of the Export Department (ED) in the first year, Set-up and Management of the Marketing/PR Department in the second year Achievements: Sales in the ED increased by 40% due to the restructuring and expanding of the Distributor Network that I initiated. SSI won three awards and made it to the cover stories of the three leading Logistics & Supply Chain magazines in the ME.
Accountability: Build-up & Management of the Institute (Emirati only) Library that enables interactions between the libraries in Al Ain, Al Gharbia & Abu Dhabi Achievements: Within three years I solely set up a library from scratch: I implemented all major process and policies, created a room concept, set up a supplier network, was responsible for the resource Management & procurement, marketed the library etc.
