Coaches youth summer soccer camps, afterschool practices, and 1:1 sessions focusing on maintaining the highest standards of professional coaching and instruction while also inspiring youth to enjoy the game of soccer and gain life skills.
•#1/8 in revenue and exceeding KPIs while managing a book of ~400 accounts for the 2024 inaugural season • Generated over $400,000 in revenue for the professional soccer startup representing the Bay Area in the National Women’s Soccer League •Supports game day operations at PayPal Park to prepare for hosting an average of 13,000 people per match (setup, sales, youth fan experiences, cleanup for 15 home matches) •Builds strong client relationships and fosters new relationships by cross-department collaboration, door-to-door visits, and cold-call prospecting •Collaborates with marketing team to create unique flyers to share with the community resulting in additional sales and brand awareness •Assisting in the launch of a Bay FC Career Development Foundation Program for High School female soccer players with one of our Founders
•Manages gameday experiences for coaches, parents, and players (ages 3-14) by building positive relationships •Supervises part-time staff and volunteer coaches (college students and adults)
