As a Regional Recruiter at Boehringer Ingelheim, I drive talent acquisition across the MIDI region (Netherlands, Belgium, Nordics, Portugal, and Greece), connecting exceptional people with meaningful careers in the pharmaceutical industry. I partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external agencies to identify, engage, and hire diverse, qualified candidates across a wide range of roles (focusing specifically on Human Pharma & Global Medicine roles). From sourcing and screening to interviews and offer management, I ensure a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders involved. Beyond day-to-day recruiting, I contribute to strategic initiatives that shape our employer brand and strengthen our talent pipeline. Responsible for the recruitment of Human Pharma & Global Medicine roles within the MIDI Region (Countries: GR/PT/NL/BE/NO/DK/FI/SE) - Determining staffing needs and handling recruitment strategy - Sourcing candidates, drafting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews & company assessments - Offer management & contract drafting - Processing onboarding related tasks - Handling & updating recruitment system: SAP Success Factors - Liaising with many different internal & external stakeholders - Liaising with external partners & supporting candidates in their relocation (global mobility support) - Global Employer Branding activities - Taking part in different (international) projects related to Compensation & Benefits, Global mobility, Health & Wellbeing, Onboarding, Mentoring, etc.
