This was a work placement awarded to me for being the Top Performing Student on the Intellectual Property Module. During this experience I learnt more about a firm specialising in IP. I attended a client interview with one of the partners I conducted legal research of AI Regulation in the US UK and EU I also conducted legal research into trade secrets cases I analysed and produced a report on ICANN’s new plan for .gTLDs I aided in the preparation of a presentation on the new EU AI Act I also conducted research and produced summaries on recent Unified Parent Court Judgments and Orders Finally, I completed an in-house task on Copyright infringement and the tort of passing off
