Over the years, I’ve: * Led 30+ projects across domains, including the award-winning ACT app. * Co-founded Design Atti - a grassroots design community in Chennai, for designers by designers. * Launched Lollypop Academy, mentoring 100+ designers and bridging the gap between theory and real-world design. * Created Popshot, a playground for design experiments that also sparked inbound sales interest. * Introduced Design Chief, a rotating peer review system that builds feedback culture and sharpens critique skills. * Scaled and mentored teams from the ground up, now independently handling complex, global projects.
