Currently engaged as an OT cyber security analyst and using Claroty CTD (Continuous Threat Detection) tool to secure the ICS/OT devices/networks from the cyber threats. Performing risk assessment on OT landscape in order to make the environment for reliable operation. Reporting the Trend ICS Vulnerabilities to the stakeholders. #Discipline taught me the taste of success.
1. Designed and documented OT Security procedures, including OT System Baseline configuration, Incident Response Planning, Firewall Rule Review & Hardening, OT Patch Management, Asset and Access Management aligned with industry best practices. 2. Managed Proof of Concept (PoC) activities for OT security solutions, including requirement analysis, deployment support and use-case development aligned with real world OT threat scenarios. 3. Achieved ISO/IEC 27001 Internal Auditor certification and actively supported organizational ISO 27001 audit readiness initiatives. 4. Prepared security control hardening guidelines for OT environments, defining secure configuration baselines for network devices, servers, endpoints and security appliances. 5. I leverage tools like Claroty SRA, Nutanix VMs, Palo Alto XDR and Acronis Backup Solutions to deliver secure, resilient cybersecurity operations.
❖ Maintaining the Claroty servers availability and timely response the priority tickets. ❖ Enrichment of the OT asset registry. ❖ Been in part of Platform upgrade process and testing the future updates in lab environment. ❖ Prioritizing the vulnerabilities based on risk matrix and escalating to the clients.
Monitoring the Alerts/Events and escalating alerts to L3 security team based on requirements. Making auto-resolve rules to reduce false alarm events. Reviewing baseline rules to find normal behavior traffics patterns for trusted network zones (e.g., internal networks) to ensure alerts match expected activity and do not trigger unnecessarily.
