Recent graduate of Lafayette College with a B.S. Biology and a minor in Biotechnology & Bioengineering, Summa Cum Laude. Aspiring Physician Assistant with an interest in obstetrics & gynecology, emergency medicine, and an affinity for public health. Currently an Emergency Room Technician for Clara Maass Medical Center. Has experience as an Emergency Department Technician for St. Luke's University Health Network, Microbiology Lab Assistant for Lafayette College, and Student Assistant for Bailey Health Center. Volunteered through the America Reads program offered at Lafayette College, tutoring students at a local elementary school. Was a peer mentor for fellow biology majors. Former secretary and co-president of the Lafayette African & Caribbean Student Association. Has experience as a Student Athletic Trainer for Lafayette College's sports medicine office. Has remarkable customer service skills from having worked at Walgreens as well as in the restaurant industry. Has laboratory research experience from Lafayette College in plant biodiversity, molecular genetics, human physiology, and microbiology. Additionally, has qualitative research experience in cervical cancer disparities from research with Lehigh Valley Health Network.
Assists emergency physicians, advanced practitioners, and nursing staff with delivering medical care to patients. Transports patients throughout the hospital. Performs EKG’s, glucometry, phlebotomy, point of care testing, CPR, and collects/sends specimens. Performs daily quality control checks on medical equipment. Maintains complete and accurate patient records.
Selected by and works closely with faculty. Assists in teaching, general management of the laboratory, and evaluation of the students in the laboratory section. Prepares media, autoclaves wastes, and prepares the laboratory with materials necessary for class.

Performs in-person and virtual interviews for prospective students applying to Lafayette College. Maintains notes taken during interviews and presents feedback to the admissions staff upon applicant consideration.
