Project Management Manage the project taking into account integration across all areas: * Develop Project Plan. * Monitor and manage the project schedule and budget. * Monitor and manage the project risk; Risk Analysis, Part Stress Analysis and FMECA. * Prepare Project Reports and Project Change Requests. * Ensure project meets requirements and objectives . * Negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems and projects. Techincal Management: EMC, Radiation Tests, Thermal, Part Stress FMECA and Relibility Analysis; Manufacturing Assembly Integration and Testing electronics.
• Project management for the Sensor Business Unit in Hexagon MI group • Handle several project in the opto/electronics field • Manage all phases: Project scope, content definition, requirements , Business plan, Design approval, start production until Product Release • Planning, WBS, Risk Analysis and mitigation steps, task lists • Contribute to the development of the product with technical expertise • Work in collaboration with product manager • Manage the communication with all project stakeholders • Report to the Hexagon Steering Committee • Definition and monitoring budgets, project and product cost • Leading project team, setting objectives and responsibilities of the different people involved • Prepare project reports and handle change requests • Ensure the project meets requirements and objectives
