Supporting in migrating clients from legacy UPS WMS to a new WMS (Softeon). Responsible for GAP analysis and making sure no functionalities are lost during the migration as well as making sure UAT in planned and executed properly.
Implementing optimalisations for one of the clients in the form of both a physical redesign of the warehouse racking as well as optimizations in the WMS system to improve replenishment and picking efficiency and ergonomics. Next to this a dashboard has been created to improve highlevel insights in the general performance of all major customers by combining information from several systems into a single dashboard.
Working both operationally solving day to day issues in order to keep the flow of goods going as well as working on improving the processes after Go Live of newly setup, partially automated, warehouse. The main focus was on the inbound and putaway flow and increasing stock accuracy. Next to this several tools and dashboards have been created to aid with operational execution of processes as well as provide insights into the performance.
