I help people have access to engaging and effective learning experiences by leading a team of learning professionals. Some examples of my results include: - Led a team of learning professionals who designed two serious learning games which won two gold medals in the Brandon Hall Awards both in 2017 and 2019. These learning games were played by over 7000 employees and enabled them to answer more than 10 million questions to upskill themselves through engaging way learning. - Designed a “Digital Academy” learning program that helped over 3000 employees reskill themselves by enrolling cover 50 hours of blended UX and digital marketing learning journeys. - Spearheaded the first virtual reality (VR) learning solution in collaboration with digital learning designers and vendors that helped over 3500 employees experience the real-life implementation of the “Digital Transformation Project” of the bank. This learning solution also won several international awards. Some examples of my results include: - Increased learning hours per employee by 69% since 2020. - Received %97 employee satisfaction rating from learning solutions. - Designed a Sales Academy Program specialized in SME customer relations for branches of the bank and delivered it to over 2000 employees. - Designed onboarding learning journeys, which were differentiated according to duties and roles, for nearly 1000 new recruits. - Designed a “Digital Academy” learning program that helped over 3000 employees reskill themselves by enrolling cover 50 hours of blended UX and digital marketing learning journeys. - Designed Diversity and Inclusion Training for nearly 1300 head office and branch managers.
