About

With an emphasis on design, cultures and individual creativity, I focus on that desire all of us have to create our own beautiful and personal surroundings; public, private or commercial. I grew up here in the Napa Valley exposed to the perfect blending of country settings and world class art. I work and develop each piece individually to fit the site specifics naturally insuring each piece is unique to the client and setting. I have been working in metal fabrication and design for the past twenty years including: fireplaces, gates, railings, doors, cave doors, awnings, gate operators, fences, light fixtures, furnishings and winery structures. My shop is located in the heart of Napa Valley, on Main Street St. Helena, in an 8,000+ square foot facility. Napa Valley Custom Metal features full manufacturing and metal fabrication abilities. I specialize in structural, ornamental and sculptural metal fabrication and design and also contract as a specialist or fabricator around the Bay Area. I welcome collaborations. Feel free to send me you to send me your design ideas.

I was an integral member in a select group of fabricators and designers chosen to completely restore an historic luxury rail line. Locomotive and passenger car codes and certifications are required for any such fabrication to take place. This rail line can be viewed at any time and for a real look inside you can grab a ticket and have a look yourself on "The Rocky Mountaineer". At the time I was also tasked with maintaining S.M.A.R.T., Metro, am-track, and several other local, national and international rail and bus lines.

I was asked to help with a very interesting project in Oakland Ca, . The twin 7 floor condos were inter connected with gardens and walks, a roof top BBQ and steampunk decor throughout. Complete with bronze dragon gargoyles! I was responsible for the moment frame structure of the building as well as the ornamental fixtures required for comfort and building code. All layout was done in place as the designer so chose. The stair and elevator were incorporated to the center and front of the home and can be seen on the buildings page.
