• Conduct sales planning in line with a challenge sales target. • Manage sales pipeline, set priority, and ensure conversion rate to deliver a healthy sale pipeline. • Develop negotiating strategies and position and lead negotiation with key accounts. • Responsible for managing customer complaints, ensuring and fulfilling customer requirements to reduce customer churn rate through collaboration with the operation. • Provide competitive transport solutions and pricing to acquire new business including a proposal for pricing, and operation processes. • Implement a long-term operation strategy to gain revenue from existing customer • Responsible for all activities of transportation Bidding Projects • Built positive relationships with haulers and suppliers to enhance smooth-running business logistics.
• Corporate and solve a problem with the Agency for shipment import and export. • Control the issue the document for sea freight such as HAWB/MAWB HBL, MBL billing (invoice) Pre-alert sending • Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers, overseas agents and respond to quotations/inquiries in a professional manner. • Vendor/supplier review and performance evaluation towards maximum performance and cost-saving
Responsible to monitor import operation with customs clearance, negotiate and sourcing with shipping lines, Airfreight, cross border and analyst cost, able to provide alternative route or solutions for cost-saving, provide guideline and countermeasure to staffs and customers when the mistake occurred, provide guideline and countermeasure to staffs and customers when the mistake occurred.
