In charge of recovering Section 8 arrears with rental payments for tenants in over 100 buildings. Head of Inspections; I make sure that all units are given specific instructions to pass Section 8 Annual and Re-Inspections to continue to collect rental payments for the units. Customer Service skills are used to speak with HPD, DHCR, NYCHA tenants, contractors, managers and superintendents to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner by the guidelines of the State of New York.
