About

I’m passionate about developing talent to reach their full potential in fast-paced, high performance environments. My experience enables me to identify, assess, and cultivate leadership potential to drive organizational success. Building consensus across multi-cultural organisations is key to rolling -out powerful initiatives and I have a track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders. I'm committed to creating engaging, interactive learning experiences, whether in person or virtually, that support people to perform at their best. Technology and AI are changing the way people learn and collaborate and I've used this an opportunity to innovate the way we develop people. My path to learning and development was not a straight line but every stop on my journey contributed to who I am today: Forensic Accountant: Starting off my career in accounting gave me a solid foundation for business. I’m comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets and use data to make insights and informed decisions. Lawyer: After graduating from Harvard Law School, I worked as a litigator and U.S. Securities lawyer, which developed my critical thinking, negotiation and communication skills. Adjunct Professor: Teaching at SMU Law School, was one of the most rewarding positions I’ve held. I designed and delivered my curriculum from scratch, which has shaped the way I approach learning methods to achieve clearly defined learning objectives. Entrepreneur: Founding two businesses gave me a platform to take risks, self motivate, understand my client’s needs and sell my vision. Plain Language Trainer: I specialised in working with lawyers and business people on how to write and communicate more effectively, which profoundly transformed the way that I communicate and organise my thinking. Mom: My three children have taught me how to multi-task and focus on what’s important. They’re also living examples that everyone learns differently but can flourish if you build on their strengths.
