•Ensure customer care all the time. •Resolves customer issues, complaints and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service. •Allocates rooms to expected arrivals after checking the guests preferences and special requests. •Builds strong relationships and coordinates with all other department's especially housekeeping, reservations etc. • Ensures phone calls, wake up calls and messages for guests are handled in a prompt, efficient •Controls cash transactions at the front desk and maintains complete responsibility for personal bank as specified by hotel procedures. •Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management. •Ensures Front desk log book and hotel log book is always updated and acted upon. •Assists all departments in servicing the guests especially during high volume periods. •Produces hotel front desk schedules • Attends meetings as required.
• Coordinate the activities of the reception team • Responsible for directing inquires accordingly • Ensure the efficient processing of incoming and outgoing mails • Responsible for checking the state of stationery and equipment in the reception area and if found to malfunctioning, the maintenance personnel should be informed to fix it • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines • Ensure the safe keep of information displayed for member use and update it regularly
• Can handle administration duties • Answering phone, information, distribution mail, cashiering and offering them food, beverage, and event • Welcoming, greeting, and escorting guests • Maintains security by following procedures • Can manage the manual systematically, Clock and Opera PMS
• To provide all guest Check in and Check out smoothly • To provide the billing instruction and any transaction and invoice for the guest • Arrange the guest request and need to be convenient for the guest • Can handle the group check in and check out in any situation • Can manage the Manual systematically and Opera PMS • Can use the 3C machine credit or debit transaction
•Control the linen stock and handling the balance sheet for linen •Record any lost and damage and reporting to Manager • Can perform as a housekeeping order taker to arrange the smoothly operation
