My professional goal is to participate in projects, develop products that have a positive impact on peoples lives to make the world a bit better place. I am an enthusiastic and self driven person who can work with little supervision and as part of a team. I gained a wide variety of skillsets due to the difference between my university background and working career. I handle myself well in laboratories and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty.
Supporting the development of the LumiGuide system utilizing the Fiber Optic Real Shape technology. Developing and conducting tests aimed to measure key performance indicators and the verification of product on system level. Maintaining lab environment for product development and demonstration for internal and external parties.
The mindsets of this role: "Where is the objective evidence?", "Let's break it before a customer does." and "Are we asking the right questions?" Verification of various beauty, pain relief, elderly monitoring, mother and childcare products. Supporting project teams with test and verification perspective and execution of verification activities. Advise on testing methods, timeline and testability. Providing documentation reviews to meet quality standards. Creating methods, tools and documentation for testing a wide range of product properties. Supervising good documentation practices, creation of templates and training materials. Organizing and executing tests in-house and at external laboratories. Creating reporting documents for internal stakeholders. Utilizing a wide variety of test equipment: force-displacement meters, thermal chambers, programmable robot arm, thermal measurement equipment, 3D scanner, 3D printer, impact tester etc. I joined the ISE Motivational Team, a small group that organize various activities to improve work environment and connect with our co-workers.

Assisting development and customer tenders of electronic battery sensor, parking pilot and airbag with testing plans. Creating test reports and test plans for in-house customers.
Supporting new product development. Creating and managing documentation. Reliability testing of LED, CMH and CFL fixtures. EMC, thermal and life testing. Cooperation with third party laboratories. Obtaining GOST certification for product family.
Reliability expertise in ceramic metal halide lamp failure and wear-out mechanism. Investigation of customer complaints and manufacturing scraps. Conducting X-ray, SEM, optical microscope and thermal measurements. Reliability expertise in life tested lamps. Supporting new product introduction. Management of documentation. Supporting product management and sales with obtained data. Patent research.
