About

People-centred professional with experience in community engagement, programme coordination, stakeholder management, training facilitation, and people development. My work has focused on supporting vulnerable communities, building meaningful relationships, coordinating initiatives, and creating positive impact through collaboration and communication. Over the past two years, I worked with Come for Road Child (CRC), where I supported underprivileged children and families through educational initiatives, community outreach, programme coordination, and stakeholder engagement. This experience strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, manage sensitive situations with empathy, facilitate learning, and work with diverse groups of people. Alongside my community work, I have independently led interdisciplinary projects involving planning, coordination, research, reporting, and public communication. These experiences have strengthened my project ownership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to deliver outcomes in complex environments. I am also passionate about communication and knowledge sharing. Through Medium and LinkedIn, I write about community impact, climate resilience, research, and lifelong learning, translating complex ideas into accessible insights for broader audiences. Beyond professional work, I have a strong interest in cultural and creative engagement through Kathak dance, Rabindra Sangeet, poetry recitation, and writing. These experiences have helped me develop confidence, stage presence, storytelling ability, and meaningful audience engagement skills. Currently, I am particularly interested in opportunities related to: • People & Culture • People Operations • Employee Engagement • Community Development • Project Coordination • Learning & Development (L&D) • Stakeholder Engagement I believe meaningful impact starts with people, and I am always eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to initiatives that help individuals and communities thrive. 📩 Open to opportunities and professional collaborations.

Targeted Outreach & Impact: Spearheaded a consistent 30-month field initiative that provided essential education and safeguarding training to 200+ marginalized and out-of-school children in high-vulnerability roadside areas. Safeguarding & Body Autonomy: Developed and facilitated specialized workshops on Child Protection (CP), specifically focusing on "Safe vs. Unsafe Touch" (Good Touch/Bad Touch) to empower children with body autonomy and reporting mechanisms. Curriculum for Life Skills: Designed and implemented a non-formal educational framework covering basic life rules, social inclusion, and hygiene, aligning with UNICEF’s mission to support the most disadvantaged children. Field Coordination & Advocacy: Acted as the primary field liaison between university faculty advisors, local community stakeholders, and a volunteer team to ensure the sustained delivery of results in a resource-limited environment. Results-Based Monitoring: Monitored and reported on child engagement and behavioral progress, utilizing data to refine outreach strategies and ensure all activities met strict Child Safeguarding principles.
