• Reservoir and Fracture Simulation to optimize the development of Unconventional Fields • Worked with multi-disciplinary teams of 25+; optimised Unconventional field development; improved PV/I & used Reservoir & Fracture Simulation • Utilized insights from field performance through data analytics to optimize future field development strategy, creating data collection plans from future wells and contributed to Reserves Forecasting for annual reserves for ~3000 wells in the US • Co-author on a SPE Paper ‘Long Term Development Implications of Parent-Child Interactions in Unconventional Reservoirs’ for ADIPEC Conference 2023 (SPE 216365 MS) • Visited Onshore Oil & Gas field in Pearsall, Texas; observed the Hydraulic Fracturing & Flowback Operations • Organized professional development sessions such as Speed Mentoring, Interactive sessions for early career female employees as a member of the WIN (Women’s Interest Network)
• Led a team of 70 individuals in organising a 3-day international technical fest, managing a diverse range of events and coordinating with over 120 college participants • Conducted interviews and screened CVs, with 4 other executive board members of the chapter, for freshers joining the chapter, ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates
• Led a team of 20 members to coordinate technical and CSR events, including quizzes, case studies, plantation drives, and donation drives for NGOs supporting differently-abled children
• Advertised the fest through social media handles as well as conducted promotional sessions with different colleges & contacted interested participants; enrolled ~105 participants from different universities
• Worked with a team of 15 engineers & geologists to maximize Hydrocarbon Recovery from a Microdarcy Reservoir through a Limited Entry Hydraulic Fracturing Technique, increasing pay coverage by ~90% • Handled real-time hydraulic fracturing operations for ~8-10 wells; performed real-time monitoring for Hydraulic fraccing operations in the field, with an investment of ~$500k • Streamlined the process of understanding different strategies and areas of the field for the team by creating an evergreen Excel database of fraccing operations for ~200 wells
