I am an energetic creative skilled in writing, content development and producing. Have a knack (and enjoyment) for all things logistics & organisational. I am passionate about community-building and using the arts for social justice. I want to give communities the empowerment tools needed to address, problem-solve, and heal. I have background in non-profit theatre projects such as InterAction Initiative Inc. (Racial Justice) as well as teaching and workshop design experience for organisations like Working Solutions International and the Pan African Intersex, Lesbian & Gay Alliance (PAILGA). Experience working in the film industry as an assistant to directors and producers. In my spare time I read voraciously and write human-centered plays.

I am a freelancer in both the film and education industries providing creative, logistic and organisational support to SMMEs and executives in the film industry. As a freelancer, I find that the teamwork, narrative-building and problem solving skills needed to keep up in the film industry are applicable to my work as a workshop facilitator and designer in the education space. I am currently challenging myself on how we can marry film and education as tools for community building, and social justice empowerment.
