• Product Development: Working for major retailers to bring women's sportswear and knitwear to mass market clientele. Leading the development of technical packages for new styles within a global manufacturing environment. • Fit Sessions: Conducting fit sessions on live models and mannequins to evaluate garment construction, fit, and functionality. Presenting pre-production samples to the retail buyer and recording their feedback for product development. • Garment Evaluation: Evaluating prototypes and giving detailed fit comments, technical solutions to improve the product. Review and approve a high volume of technical packages daily. • Collaboration & Communication: Communicate fit adjustments and grading standards effectively to overseas factories.
• Product Development: Research and develop technical packages for 1st prototype samples • Council and Training: Provide technical training and advice on textiles or garment construction. • Sourcing and Production Planning: Visit overseas suppliers to source materials and assist with production planning.
