Designed and managed (with GC) full renovation project which included the following activities: schedule, budget (sourced from many suppliers for best pricing), taking projects on ourselves from GC to save money, quick decisions based on COVID supply chain issues. Areas of home that were totally gutted / rehabbed: roof, windows, siding, fascia, gutters, adding porch, new floors, bathroom fixtures, tiling, removing walls & fireplace (open concept), electric, plumbing, flooring, one car to two car garage, full outside (back deck, railings, retaining walls, restoring landscaping (went feral from neglect), driveway and more.
