I am interested in research and development of programs that promote learning and foster cognitive and social-emotional development. I like to work in multidisciplinary environments that cooperate to design and implement sound and culturally-grounded interventions that responds to learners' needs and best interest.
Support design and implementation of Paraguay's Early Childhood Development Program, through activities such as: development and revision of Implementation Model and Guidelines, professional development on ECD services in the health sector, advise on HHRR needs and purchases of materials for promotion and community education purposes.
Support Paraguay's Early Childhood Development Program design and initial operations at the Ministry of Health and Social Well-being. Performed as an Early Childhood Specialist through revision of the program model, PMR tools, manuals, and education syllabus for Community Health Agents.
Update and adaptation of the curriculum for the Human Development module and the General Psychology module in Paraguay's newly established "Univerdidad de San Ignacio de Loyola". Taught a module on Human Development with a b-learning methodology, managing online activities and presenting lectures.
As a CFFC, my goal is the identification of 3-5 year old children who are eligible to receive Early Intervention services. I train child care providers in implementing screening tools, provide parent workshops and professional development presentations about early childhood development, and manage referrals for evaluations of all areas of development.
