Namita Pandey has 14+ years of experience in various leadership roles in higher education management, specifically student recruitment, marketing, strategy development, policy analysis, and advocacy covering South Asia, the UK, and the BRICS nations. She is presently a Doctoral candidate at the University of Bath and specialises in higher education management. She also manages student recruitment for the University of Bath focused on India. Previously, she has held roles at UCL, Sheffield Hallam University, UKIBC, and the BRICS International Forum. She is also a member of educational organizations such as International ACAC, and IC3, ICHEM. Namita is also the founder of WeGirls Rise, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing Space Science education and empowerment to girls in rural parts of India and Nepal.
