An Ambitious, Confident individual who strives to achieve the maximum heights in his chosen field. After enduring 3 medical school applications, Namir was able to secure 5 medical school offers from the top 5 London Medical Schools. His experience in the Private and Public healthcare sectors have helped him develop a bedside manner at a very early stage in his medical career as well as allow him to up skill himself prior to entering medical school. Having experience in theatres and on the wards, he has learnt to problem solve efficiently under stressful conditions and remain calm. The rigorous nature of NHS work has helped instil in him a resilience that will be needed when pursuing excellence in his career throughout. It also allowed him to learn and practice the core values of the NHS and Healthcare educating him on what skills he will need to take forward in his career. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team taught him to be a co-operative effective team member, but also be able to communicate openly and share his thoughts. It has also helped him appreciate the importance of being coachable which he will take forward in his many years of education and training. His career experience in his youth has taught him how to interact with an array of different people, ranging from the youth to the elderly and disabled, teaching him to display the necessary qualities to engage and connect successfully with people he meets.
