Viome is the only company which detects all of the nutrients and toxins being produced by a user’s microbiome. This enables them in creating precise and personalized recommendations of foods and nutrients to heal the users gut and keep them free from chronic conditions. • Worked with user’s microbiome data (strain and species level gut microbiome analysis) to determine the users intestinal and other health. • Worked on data cleaning, data selection, building data distributions, building data models, and modeling different scoring algorithms for user data analysis. • Also worked on the generation of clean, and relevant data for presenting to Viome researchers through a portal (Flask).

• Created a centralized system to help onboard new applications on amazon internal portal. • Created a search tool to be used by on-call to find an application team/teams from the URL. The team registers for a URL with wildcards and they had to be correctly parsed during search. • Reduced the on-calls efforts for team finding by 90%. • Reduced turnaround time for new application on-boarding to 0.5%. • Created full-stack applications (portal and sub-application) using, Spring-MVC, java and twitter bootstrap and wrote test cases.
